Everything you need to know before you ship.

Submit a quote request through this site. Once we review it and send you a quote — which you approve first — you ship your part (if needed) to our Albuquerque shop. We do the work, then ship everything back to you. You never need to leave home.
Not at this time — we're a mail-in operation only. This keeps our overhead down and our prices honest. If you're local to Albuquerque, reach out through the quote form first and we can discuss.
Any vehicle, any platform. Classic trucks, muscle cars, off-road rigs, modern daily drivers, EVs, diesel builds, motorcycles, UTVs — if it has a part that's broken or no longer available, we can help. We don't have a vehicle exclusion list.
Describe the part and where it lives and we'll recommend the right material in your quote. Interior trim = ABS or ASA. High heat/underhood = Polycarbonate. Structural/high stress = CF-Nylon. Flexible seals = TPU. Exterior UV exposure = ASA. Metal for extreme loads or heat = stainless or titanium. When in doubt, select "Not sure" on the form — that's exactly what it's there for.
FDM polymer parts typically ship within 5–7 business days. Scan jobs take 3–5 days after we receive the part. Scan + reproduce is 7–14 days. Metal parts via Xometry are 5–10 business days after the quote is confirmed. Expedited options are available. All timelines start from when we receive your part or approved file.
A test print is a cheap PLA version of your part we print and ship first — before we run the final material. You verify fit and geometry, confirm it's right, then we run the final. Strongly recommended for tight-tolerance parts and metal orders. Cost is approximately $35–40 including shipping, and adds about 1–2 weeks to the timeline.
Yes — that's one of our core services. Even if the original is cracked or in multiple pieces, we can usually scan and reverse engineer it. Ship us what you have and describe the situation in the quote form.
For FDM printing: STL, STEP, OBJ, and 3MF. For metal printing: STEP strongly preferred — it preserves exact geometry on curved surfaces. If you don't have a file, that's what our scan and scan+reproduce services are for.
For FDM and metal jobs with uploaded files: we pay all outbound shipping to you (baked into your quote). For scan jobs: you pay to ship your part to us, and we pay all outbound legs returning your original plus delivering the file or reproduction. All our shipping costs are shown on the quote form before you submit.
We review every quote manually. You'll get a reply within 1 business day with a detailed quote and next steps. You don't owe anything until you approve the quote and confirm a 50% deposit to begin work. Balance is due on completion.
